Perfectly described. The cost was great. Thank goodness the sellers put the cover in a plastic sealed bag the keep it in great condition. Somewhere from getting shipped to me receiving the cover the box got really wet and basically fell apart.

I counted (4) Post Offices the package went to beside however many sorting warehouses the package went to. I wish eBay would allow the buying to decide what carrier to ship by, even if we had to pay the extra ourselves. I would pay, NOT TO USE, USPS. This happens ALL the time anymore.
