Buyer opened a return request stating that it "Did Not Fit". I replied and asked what engine model he had . He did not respond and I had no other option than to deny the claim. I'm easy to work with but if I can't get a reply back or see photos of the issue, or discuss the problem, there's not a lot I can do.
