Item poorly packaged. Considering the heavy weight of the item and the fine moving parts, the packaging proved inadequate as the item sustained damage in transit. Box arrived ripped open, item has two dented corners, bent moving parts which no longer function, and a turning handle snapped off. When paying $109.40 US shipping charges, it is reasonable for customers to expect their items (especially fragile items) to be packaged adequately to prevent damage and to be marked fragile.
