This must be an old batch of the Avid triad slipper as the adapter disk doesn't slide onto my top shaft (both stock stand-up top shaft and laydown/layback top shaft). Contacted Avid customer service and they sent me new ones. Old ones have too tight of a tolerance to work on B6.2 top shafts.
