This brooch arrived in secure manner whereby identification needed by DHL to ensure I was correct recipient. Very nice process protecting us both from fraud.Packing was more than necessary so everything inside arrived in excellent condition. Upon openting outer packing I found presentation box, additional cleaning cloth and certificate of authentice gems, their quantities, etc. When I opened to see the brooch I was suitably impressed.
