    First, by all accounts this is top seller who I would do business with again. Got reasonable price. Shipping took a long, circuitous route via USPS from Israel, so it took more time than expected to arrive. It was extremely well packaged, but the plate behind the menorah had slipped down, and the Magen David on top was bent backwards. I was disappointed but able to remedy the situation. I can only assume, given then photos and excellent packing, that this happened incident to custom inspection.
