- d***d (1)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseInitially, I couldn't get the printer to work even though I was connecting to my computer using cables I knew worked (not the ones sent with the printer). This turned out to be my error in not choosing the correct printer from the printer menu. Once this was fixed (again my error), I had the same problem as with my old printer - bad color printing, I replaced the cartridges and everything was fine. So I probably didn't need the new printer, but it worked as advertised so no complaints.
