I bought the item in error. I didn’t realize that the seatbelt had to be specific to a cabriolet so I informed the seller who asked that I submit a cancellation of the order. When I tried it stated “too late to cancel”. I contacted the seller again and asked if they could cancel the order. They replied “l’ll ask the lads”, after which they sent it anyway which meant I had to pay for return postage. Very unhelpful.
