    This purchase could have been a bad experience. However, Customer Service was five stars. It took three delivery tries to get an undamaged blind because delivery carrier destroyed the first two items, even though they were well packed. Customer Service was very responsive and quick to ensure the replacements were mailed promptly with great follow up. They may have been a bit more expensive than some other sellers however, they have a much better selection and 5star Customer Service !!!!!!!!!!

    Seller shipping was decent. Seller communication was decent. As for the item. It was not as depicted in pictures. No clarity in description. I paid $40 for maybe $6 in material. That’s my fault. I trusted the listing instead of asking questions. Item is useless. Was offered a discount from seller but I turned it down. For the valance, as depicted for 2 windows, expect to pay $120. If in doubt contact this seller. Still leaving a positive feedback.

    The seller was great. They got my item out right away. The item is of good quality and was in good condition when it arrived. The only issue I had was with USPS. They shipped it to Mobile, Al. where I live, then for some reason they shipped it back to Birmingham, Al. four different time before it arrived back in Mobile then to me. Thanks!
