Iimmediately contacted the seller asking for a refund, but he didn’t reply for two full days. When he finally responded, he said he couldn’t guarantee that I would get my money back. Later the same evening, I received an email saying the canceled order was shipped anyway. This is unacceptable. The lack of communication and the refusal to resolve the issue
