The valve arrived in good condition except the stops were missing. I know Delta is of the highest quality, so I contacted the vendor with this issue. I was offered a full refund or a discount to keep the valve body. I elected to take the discount and purchased the missing stops online. I am pleased with this vendor for their service after the sale, I highly recommend them, and they are now saved in my favorites.

The item was shipped loose in a box with no tape to secure it. It is a miracle it arrived without falling out of the box. Item description was spot-on. --thank you I would suggest to the seller that they ensure that packages are securely closed prior to shipment. When UPS handed me the item, the package was open on one end with no sign of having been taped at all, and the item was sliding out of the box. Had it fallen out of the package and landed on the concrete, a perfectly unblemished item would have then been scratched and/or dented.
