    Initially USPS delivered to someone else and seller had a no refund policy so we got nothing. However, after several conversations this seller was supportive and very responsive in trying to resolve. The package appeared 4 days later, presumably with an unknown neighbor's help. After a very rocky delivery we received the item as described, was packaged well and shipped quickly. We understand the USPS misdelivery wasn't the seller's fault though no less frustrating. Still recommend seller.
