    I bought 5 DVDs & they charged me 5 shipping fees - over $22 for what should have been around $5. They appear to be a new seller and didn't know how to combine shipping, so I took time & explained how to do it. They had already shipping the first 3 DVDs, but they did combine the last 2 DVDs into 1 package. However, what they didn't do was refund me for the excess shipping paid, not even for the 2x-shipping on the last 2 DVDs. I was patient but after a week, no refund and no answer to my email.

    Thank you for your feedback. The buyer did not inform us about combining shipping before placing multiple orders. We shipped the first three DVDs immediately to ensure fast delivery. Once we received the message about combining, we combined the last two DVDs into one shipment as requested. Unfortunately, the buyer left negative feedback before we had the chance to issue a refund. We strive to provide the best service and appreciate future buyers!
