The knife was wrapped in zip lock bag, then wrapped i. plastic wrap, then wrapped in a piece of bubble wrap, wrapped in newspaper, then surrounded by more newspaper and in a box. This seller could teach how to safely package & ship an old knife. Everything was as described & pictured or better. I believe I got a fair deal on a hard to find piece from the WW2 era.
