Item received has wire and would have to be disconnected to become motionless. Contacted seller and they offered 20% which I refused. Now come back with 30%. Have requested full refund but this is proving difficult. Definitely avoid buying from these. Arrived late as well.

I was then informed I would have to pay to return and that was it, even though on their store policies is stated seller will pay for return postage! Had to get eBay to step in to help as the seller was no help!
