A shock tolerance of 70G when operating, and 400G when switched off, ensures that these accessories can survive your average slip, drop, or fall. These hard drives use SMART monitoring to anticipate possible disk corruption and diagnose reliability issues before they lead to a problem. If such an issue is detected, the drive will alert you that a disk failure may be imminent, allowing you or your company to back up critical data before it is lost.
