    Seller lied. They went away, forgot to post my item but said nothing. I queried why evri still have not received the parcel eight days later. Seller blamed evri for not scanning on 'drop off' or my address was wrong (been receiving ebay stuff for twenty years with no address problem). Mistakes get made and it is perfectly ok to say just that, apologise, correct the problem and all good, it is called behaving like an adult. This seller lies like a child then cancels the order. Learn a Lesson.

    I am very sorry, but I did not lie, if I did- I would have relisted the item. I thought sending the refund was easiest option as we were away and did not want to to wait till I can investigate it once back/ without item or your money.
