This top is too large for me and the seller is kind enough to allow a return for refund through eBay. It is a very pretty blue top, new, with a fine value in cotton, I believe. It is as described, but I'm still losing weight and misjudged the sizing. I am so sorry for my mistake. The top was packaged wonderfully and was shipped carefully.
