    Shipping was fine but the packaging might as have well been wrapping paper TERRIBLE. Pictures deliberately avoid showing the crack in the shaft, which MAY HAVE OCCURRED IN TRANSIT DUE TO THE PACKAGING, whatever. The price was low enough that you could maybe assume it especially since the condition was never described, but it was deceptive nonetheless, if it didn’t occur in transit, that is.

    The shaft was not broken when we shipped it. The comment about us being deceptive is just ridiculous. We shipped the club wrapped in bubble wrap in a 41" by 5" by 5" shipping box that is made to ship golf clubs in. I'm sorry that the club arrived damaged. We do take returns for a full refund which you would have found out if you read our listing or just simply contacted us.
