Throwing a fragile plastic kit into a lightly padded envelope is a demonstration of laziness and absence of professionalism. Poor communication, basically ignoring there is a problem. Simple apology would have gone long way. Seller received at least 2 more negatives because of unacceptable packaging, so there is a pattern.

A fragile plastic model kit is normally sent at least in a box to protect it in shipping. This was sent in a thinly padded envelope! It arrived, but the kit box was crushed. The kit barely survived, but as a collectible, the kit box makes it toast. I have not asked for any refund, as I believe buyers need to be aware of how their items are treated. After many years on Ebay, this is the first negative feedback I've ever given.
