EBay sent me an email stating it was mailed the day after ordering so after waiting over 2 weeks I contacted eBay to state my item had not arrived. Seller responded promptly with very clear instructions on how to retrieve my download. I am quite satisfied with the product and the seller I am not however at all satisfied with eBay. Had eBay sent directions on how to find download I could have had the manual sooner
