    Good, clear communication about the shipping and postage and timings throughout with tracking refs, updates along the way. The packaging was first rate, well wrapped, padded, boxed and sealed. MacBook was exactly as described, though there was the previous owners account still on it (but deleted and scrubbed data myself). The process paid was absolutely amazing value for what it is - whilst older, these MacBooks are solidly built and still run everything 90% of people need at fast speeds.
