    Initially we received the wrong game which is easily done when you have 2 customers with the same game but different editions. It wasn't a problem I received the correct game very quickly and a label to return the other one. Communication was fantastic and the box is immaculate especially for the age. I will definitely buy from these again.

    Initially delivered the wrong item. I wouldn't normally negative this, however, I had specifically messaged the seller regarding the item to confirm it was the correct one due to completion issues, I even included screenshots to evidence the correct one and this was confirmed by the seller. Sadly, the wrong item was sent regardless of my initial contact. Granted, they allowed me to keep the incorrect item and shipped a replacement but overall this was poor as a seller, sadly.

    I thought that I was not going to receive this item because the tracking details were not showing me that the item had been picked up by the courier,d.h.l were saying that the item was not able to be collected because the premises were closed when they called to collect for three consecutive days but,hey how its been delivered today by evri not dhl so all is well and all safe and sound.very pleased with the item and well packed.
