The plastic washer under the spool had totally melted. The drag knob also had a melted plastic washer underneath. This causes the drag to tighten on its own when line is pulled out. They’ll probably say they didn’t know or that the pictures showed what they could but they knew it was bunk. Totally useless. Needs at least a brand new spool and drag knob. Not cool.
