First ordered,Feb 15, it was sent without tracking and I did not receive it by the promised March 21. Asked Ebay for a refund, but company sent out a second ring with tracking. I did get the second ring and was satisfied with it. They recharged me and I tried to put it behind me, but four days later the stone fell out somewhere and is lost. Although the company was pleasant in all communications, I cannot recommend buying from them.
