I assure you it was packaged just as well if not better than the other two towers I sold and they arrived just fine. It sounds like the damage was intentional if it was that bad. And I have had packages that bad before and had insurance pay for them. Your package was insured and if it was beat up that bad that it damaged hardware inside of the unit then it sounds like it was mishandled by the carrier.
