Received dish set and tea cup was broken, dishes were scratched, and there was a dried up spill in the bowl. Dishes were very obviously used. Seller accepted return but then took 4 days to issue refund after return was delivered saying she was out of town. No communication from seller regarding refund. Price of the dishes was great and packaged well for shipping but item definitely NOT as described in listing.
