The laptop arrived very promptly, in strong packaging which was recyclable. I was impressed as the laptop was just as described whuch surpassed my expectations.     Ordered a laptop with windows ten was asked by the seller if I wanted windows 11 installed at no extra cost, on arrival unfortunately windows 11 had not been installed on contacting the seller they sent over a label for return and install.
