    Everything about this purchase should get 6 out of 5 stars. From the free postage, the quick delivery, the response to some queries about the laptop. And then, after to getting to grips with Windows 11 (not much different from Windows 10), I used some of my well known shortcuts to populate the laptop with programs. Really really really pleased with all aspects of the purchase. Plus I know that if anything goes wrong that these sellers have my back with a solid 60 days return policy. Thanks
