    Sadly the first Dyson V11 arrived with a damaged LCD display, I informed the seller and they arranged for the damaged unit to be returned and they sent out a replacement a few days later which worked with no issues and I’m very happy with this seller and their service, there is one thing I would like to add is that perhaps the seller could improve the packaging which the items are sent out into the wild world of the postal system. That said I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase more from this seller
