    When I purchased the monitor I received a tracking number. After a few days I never received an update. I emailed the seller but he was too busy with his/her 3 day weekend to respond, I emailed the seller on that Tuesday. I was informed that they printed the label but the shop didn't ship it and he would take care of it. When I finally did get it that Friday it was missing the DVI cable that was supposed to come with it. They never followed up with me, I had to do all the communicating.

    I am sorry for the delay on this. Yes we were away for the Labor 3 day weekend. It was shipped promptly on tuesday. We did send a reply message to you, noting we were sending it out when we got back to the shop after the holiday weekend
