The cover did not have a complete pic of how it should look. The pieces were extremely tiny, and could fit in multiple spots. I'm very sorry you are not satisfied with your purchase. However, the size of the puzzle was in the description. Also, these puzzles were purchased by me brand new. I have never opened one of them, nor have I used tape on them, as they are sealed around the edges by the manufacturer. Not all puzzles are sealed in plastic. Again, I'm sorry for any inconvenience. You should get your refund shortly.
