Cup has two pin holes in bottom which absorbed H2o while sitting in dishwater for a few, washing for the first time use, washed, rinsed, dried. I turned it right side up and in doing so heard water sloshing. Couldn't figure it out. Contacted seller when I saw pinholes, sent pictures, water eventually drained onto dishtowel. They want me to send defective mug back, pay shipping, to get refund of what I've paid. Issue more complex than this and not over.
