That is totally unacceptable. I contacted them July 8th. asking if my package actually shipped. The only response was yes and here is the tracking number. Just because there is a tracking number does not mean the package went anywhere. If you people were doing your jobs, I would have had it before the 4th. of July. Do better or you will not be in business long.
