I was shocked to find there is no glass in this frame, which I could not tell from the photos online. Therefore I will need to get that done. Because there are no returns allowed I will have to have the frame taken off & pay to have a framer put glass in it. For that reason & the fact that there is no COA (which I did know in advance) the value is not there. I overpaid.
