I have never had any issues with my packaging in the past. I never stated I would not refund you. I requested all items be returned for a full refund and you only returned the hatchlings that were conveniently broke. The Mother Keeper was not returned which is the one you wanted to begin with. But you wanted a full refund. I am requesting you remove this false review. People see through lies and it only reflects badly on you. Thank you.
