    The item refunded a week after order. It caused me a great inconvience as I booked the contractors the tiles ordered. So I have to pay him for the inconvience. The seller claims it was damaged in transit, but status says it has never dispatched. The seller has not even contacted me to let me know., I i contacted them instead. The seller claims only one box is left when I said I need only one he doesn't respond just refunds the money. In meanwhile it shows on system they are still selling it.

    I'd l8ke to ask the seller to please wrap this parcel up securely because the last lot of tiles I bought were broken by the carriage people so hope that this won't happen again but thankfully I was refunded the money I spent on the other tiles so that's why I put a positive experience down rather than a negative.
