I did have what I thought was an issue because it was going to be a gift for a shower the next day. The problem was 100% my fault. It was supposed to be signed and I didn’t find the page it was signed on. Customer service was excellent and the seller went above expectations. When I couldn’t find the page that had been signed I panicked. I got a message to the seller about noon and a response by 4:00. I found it. Can’t ask for much more.
