I bought refurbished - the tablet arrived drained of battery, so spent an hour or so charging before use. The package for the case was ripped open already. This is basically a very specialized Android tablet for notes and sketching, and the screen is matte, not paper-like. Also, you're pretty much forced to use their JNote app for handwritten notes. Disappointed, almost returned it, but getting used to it after a few days.

It arrived in perfect condition, and I couldn't be happier with either seller or product!
