The top of the transmission is full of cracks and you see that it has been bolted up and in use before. I am in a bind I’m hoping that it hold together. I filled it full of transmission oil and turned it upside down and nothing leaked. Overall it it doesn’t make any sound internally and feels smooth but in the future don’t put that’s it’s brand new and then send something that’s full of old cracks take better picture of itemReply from: vintage_online1952- Feedback replied by seller vintage_online1952.- Feedback replied by seller vintage_online1952.Those are not cracks, they're aluminum casting creases (part of the aluminum molding process). I assure you this was a new transmission when we purchased it over a decade ago (hence, "New Old Stock" in the description).
