    DVD case arrived damaged due to thin paper packaging. Seller did not acknowledge nor apologize for the damage caused by their negligence. They offered a refund upon receiving the item back. Luckily, the disc was intact and I have a spare replacement case. So, I asked for a partial refund of exactly half the cost I paid. I was denied and accused of asking for more than I paid. Seller doesn’t respond in a timely manner, has poor communication skills and is inconsiderate with packaging.
