No partial refund was even offered and I think $90 was ridiculous to have to put as much work as I’m going to have to do to her. So I donot recommend at all. Seller is nice but doesn’t take responsibility for condition of the doll. Buyer beware because seller doesn’t give accurate item descriptions. There was no visible stains that I could see. The buyer gave a sob story saying I could only afford this much with shipping. I helped them out and accepted their offer and adjusted the shipping. I even paid for part of the shipping so they could afford her. The seller was also very pushy and constant messages asking when are you going to ship. I GUESS YOU CAN'T PLEASE EVERYBODY. IF YOU SELL TO THEM BEWARE. VERY TWO-FACED
