The figure itself is in fair condition with no visible scratches, however it was a bit dirty/dusty coming out of the packaging. The base/stand had a sticker price tag on it which left residue when removed and there is an unexplained stain on the top of the base which looks like food or glue might have gotten on it at some point. It was packaged well, but an opened/dusty/dirty/sticky item is not “New.”
