    As for service, we had limited ability to communicate with our seller so I canceled the order and then was able to communicate and they appropriately changed the mailing address and didn't cancel my order as I still wanted to send it. I received the package verified by tracking number 2 or more days earlier than the expected date listed on my receipt. However, we never looked inside the box because the box specified the item inside to be the Iced deer family when I ordered the gold.

When seller was contacted regarding this error, the response seemed to be an automated reply. Basically saying you got what you ordered just in a different color. Dissatisfied and disappointed.
