BE WARNED: I had to pay an extra $40 COD to UPS when the product arrived at my home. Was not expecting that extra charge. Product was truly plug and play since they had pre-loaded my VIN and info. Everything in kit worked exactly as described and in the installation process. Overall very happy to have the Sync 3. Also, you will need to purchase separately a wireless CarPlay adapter if you want to use w/out wire.
