However, the post office often misdelivers the mail here. I often get the man on next st's and think, he gets mine. Today a lady down the st put her misdelivered mail in neighbor's box. Not everyone does that or returns to post office unfortunately. The seller did offer to reship, but couldn't see him doing when not his fault.
