      Poor customer service, the part we bought wasn't cheap and didn't fit our elliptical. Was will to pay to send it back but seller refused to accept this return. If I had known this seller didn't accept returns I would have never purchased from them. Just a policy of mine to never buy from someone who isn't willing to accept returns at least for a short period. FYI We put in for a return the day after we received the item.
