      Marked the item as shipped on April 28th and didn’t even print the label until a week later than that. And they didn’t provide a tracking number until I filed a claim with eBay that I had not received the item

      The misunderstanding came from the longer handling time on this order. As soon as we marked it as shipped, we printed the label and sent it out right away. We also messaged you with the estimated delivery date, but the case was opened before that date arrived. I do wish you had responded to our messages so we could’ve worked this out before feedback was left, your package did arrive on time in the end, so all’s well that ends well.
