Seller failed to describe major defect with the item. I requested refund and return and was offered just $3 towards postage. Outrageous behaviour. He should be ashamed. I don't leave negative feedback but this guys takes the biscuit (and my money).

To explain = I was offered $3 to keep the useless item and say nothing further, so will be escalating to Ebay in due course.

800dpi High resolution image shown. Clearly items 80 years old has some defects and the scan shows this. Irrespective both partial refund offered (declined by seller) and then full refund offered. "outrageous behaviour?" Is this a court case on murder? Finally, NOWHERE did seller suggest $3 towards return. If this is a default offered by ebay then why attack seller? Instead of buyer communication on the issue at and in a friendly manner his negative feedback is of a grumpy old goose.
