It comes with no instructions so it is impossible to know if it is in screw extract mode or install mode. After just two attempts to extract a screw from soft wood the screwdriver locked and would not revolve in any direction. I contacted the supplier who wanted photographic proof but when I asked how I could do that received no reply other than that I should post a photo on my website and they would look at it. Still waiting.
